Leeds City Council is advancing plans to transform Kirkgate Market into a new 'food village.' Partnering with STACK, a sustainable leisure specialist, the council intends to repurpose the outdoor market area into a vibrant food and entertainment hub.

With a successful background in similar projects, STACK aims to enhance the city centre's eastern side, boost footfall, create jobs, and extend market operation hours.
