Tuesday 9th January, 2024
Did you guess correctly? This image is an unmade road on Carr Manor Avenue in October 1953.

Happy reading!
If you're heading out on Tuesday, January 9th, you can look forward to gentle clouds drifting across the sky with a friendly breeze to accompany you.
It's a bit on the cool side, with temperatures cozying up at 2°C as the sun peeks out and eventually warms us up to a snug 3°C around breakfast time.
By lunch, we're sitting pretty at a comfortable 4°C, which will hold steady for your afternoon stroll. As the evening draws in, the air will get crisper, dipping back down to 2°C, perfect for enjoying a warm cup of something indoors. And the best part?
No rain on the horizon, so leave that umbrella at home and enjoy the dry, crisp winter air with a light jacket! Wind speeds are just brisk enough to be refreshing, blowing from the west at about 10 to 14 km/h.
Sounds like a lovely day to be out and about, doesn't it? Stay warm and enjoy!
