Complementary Headaches & Migraines Workshop TOMORROW!

Tuesday 23rd April 2024

Good morning all! Here’s the latest scoop on the skies above:

Early Risers: For those of you up early, expect a cool 6°C at 6 AM, with the clouds keeping the sun company.

Mid-morning and Lunch: A spot of brightness is on the cards around 8-9 AM, nudging the thermometer to a slightly warmer 8°C. There's just a slim chance of rain, so if you're stepping out, it should stay dry.

Afternoon: The sun takes a little breather, hiding behind the clouds as we hold steady at 9°C through the afternoon. Perfect weather for a walk or a bit of gardening!

Evening Chill: As we head into the evening, temperatures take a gentle dip to 8°C by 7 PM and down to 7°C by 9 PM, with the sun saying its final farewells for the day.

Night-time Nip: If you’re out late, wrap up warm; we're looking at a cooler 6°C from 11 PM onwards. No rain is expected, so no need for an umbrella!

Stay warm and enjoy the week ahead.
