New Provider May Take Over Roundhay Nursery After Closure Threat
Parents in Leeds have been informed that a private company may take over the nursery at Moor Allerton Hall Primary School in Roundhay, just days after Leeds City Council suggested its closure due to falling numbers and rising costs.
Headteacher Sarah Richards announced negotiations with a new provider, which plans to offer extended hours and renovate the nursery. This news has caused confusion among parents, who are also participating in an ongoing consultation about the closure.
