Thursday Updates: Moortown Rugby Results!
Wednesday 22nd February 2024
Good morning, Moortown readers!
Wrap up warm and keep that umbrella close! It's a wet start with rain and 7°C across the board from early morning till noon.
The skies might be generous enough for some sun at midday, but don't get too comfortable; the temperature is taking a dip to 5°C by sunset.
As night falls, we're looking at a clearer but cooler 4°C. Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, it's a day to enjoy the indoors or brave the outdoors prepared!

Harrogate Welcomes a Unique Twist on the Classic Chippy with Portside Fish & Chips
Portside Fish and Chips, already popular in Leeds for their unique spicy chip seasoning, has opened a new outlet in Harrogate and is quickly becoming a local favourite. The original has been trading for decades on Harrogate Road in Moortown.
Renowned for cooking their fish and chips separately in vegetable oil, this "not your average chippy" stands out in the competitive market with its third location in close proximity to others on High Street.
