The event is designed for beginners and is a communal, 18+ event.

The Shared Tables event is a communal dining experience where attendees can enjoy lunch together in the local area. This event is scheduled to take place from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm at The Ego at The Wellington.

Saturday, January 13th

The Saturday Working Party event on January 13th, 2024, is a community event at Friends of Roundhay Park where volunteers undertake maintenance and planting in various areas such as parklands, gardens, woodlands, streams, and footpaths. The meet-up is at the Carriage House behind the Roundhay Fox from 10:00 am to approximately 1:00 pm, including a tea break.

Moortown Construction Boss Claims Ignorance Over Stolen Machinery

A construction company boss from Moortown, Leeds, faced court after being found with stolen construction vehicles, including a JCB and a Volvo excavator.

Despite facing charges for handling stolen goods, he maintained his lack of knowledge regarding the thefts.

The court handed down an 18-month suspended sentence with additional community service and fines, highlighting the gravity of the offenses while sparing him jail time.

Baby Development Classes

The "Caterpillar Club" at Leafield House Nursery is a baby development class for infants aged 0-6 months, offering activities that stimulate the babies' senses in a soothing environment.

With music, sensory props, and lights, the class promotes gross motor skills and body awareness.

A different theme is explored each week, and the session concludes with baby massage, aiming to relax the babies for a nap. Classes are scheduled for Wednesday mornings from 10:00 am to 10:45 am.

The Football 1st XI faces Hulme Grammar School, while the Girls' Hockey 1st XI is set to play against Greenhead College.
