Moortown Local Scoop- Monday 4th March 2024
Monday 4th March 2024
Good morning, Moortown readers!
Can you guess where this local photo was taken in the 1970s? The answer will be in tomorrow’s newsletter!
Bundle up early as we start with a brisk -1°C, but don't worry, it gets better. The sun will make brief appearances throughout the day, to a mild 9°C by the afternoon. No need for the sunglasses, though, as it's mostly a grey day ahead.
Evening plans? You might want to keep an umbrella handy. There's a slight chance of rain starting around 7 PM, increasing as the night goes on, so late-nighters, prepare for a wet end to your day.
Temperatures will hover around 6°C as we head into the night, so it's a good evening for a warm jacket and your favourite indoor haunts.
