The Legacy in Roundhay Park WON AN AWARD?!?

Monday 29th April 2024

There's a bit of sunshine in between the clouds in the morning. It's a cool start, so maybe pack a sweater along with that coffee. Temps are hovering around a fresh 10°C but will crawl up to a more comfy 13°C by lunch.

Be ready for some surprise showers from 2 PM onwards, as chances of rain shoot up from 22% and keep climbing. Keep that warmth from lunch going, because the temps aren't budging much from 13°C.

Towards the end of the day, temperatures will take a slight dip, so if you’re still out, maybe take an extra layer just in case. Expect it to linger around 11°C, giving us a consistently nippy end to the day.

Results Roundup And Upcoming Games/Events

North Leeds FC

An amazing 5-1 win over Leeds City IV has strengthened North Leeds’ position in gaining the first spot position. Currently, as it stands North Leeds is in 2nd position with 45 points and Farnley Sports is 1st with 49 points but an extra game has been played over North Leeds.

Farnley has also had what could be seen as promising scores in their past few games for North Leeds FC with DLD. With not many games remaining we hope North Leeds FC can keep the momentum going!

North Leeds FC and their next game is actually today! They are facing Ryburn United Academy in the division so we hope that this game gives them the points they need. Kickoff is at 6:30 PM.

North Leeds Leopards

After a brilliant string of results and an amazing streak, unfortunately in a cup game on Saturday, North Leeds Leopards lost in a close game against Guiseley Rangers with the score being 10-18.

No matter, win or lose we know the Leopards gave it their best and still came out with a score to be proud of and are now looking forward to their next game.

Moortown Golf Club

Starting today the Moortown Spring AMAM Open commences. The registration is now closed but the event is hosting 48 golfers which should prove to be an interesting event.
