Good Morning, Moortown!

In the morning people will be wading through some splashy showers, so don't skimp on those wellies if you're stepping out early. But don't let the wet start dampen your spirits — the sun will start to come out in the afternoon.

Opposite Cafe Leeds Expands With Second Site In Chapel Allerton

Opposite Cafe, a popular independent coffee shop, has announced the upcoming opening of its second location in Chapel Allerton. Since its establishment in 2013, Opposite Cafe has been known for serving speciality coffee and brunch.

The new site hinted at through a teaser on their Instagram page, marks an expansion following years of planning. This development reflects the cafe's success and the growing interest in independent coffee shops in the area. The new location promises to continue offering Opposite's signature hot drinks, homemade bakes, and locally sourced brunches.

Kids Healthy Holidays Camp, Moortown Methodist Church

The Moortown Methodist Church is hosting a Kids Healthy Holidays Camp from 8th to 12th April, 9 am - 1 pm. Aimed at children aged 7 and up, the camp features fun activities and a nutritious lunch.
