A Heartfelt Goodbye to Moortown Local Scoop

It is with deep sadness that we must announce the conclusion of the Moortown Local Scoop newsletter.

This project was born out of a passion for our community, spearheaded by a local resident who wanted to create a space where news, events, and updates could be shared to bring us all closer together.

Over the many months, we've cherished every moment spent bringing the stories of Moortown to your inboxes, and it's been a privilege to serve our community in this way.

Unfortunately, despite the significant time, effort, and personal resources invested in this project, we find ourselves in a position where we can no longer continue.

Our vision for the newsletter always included the support of local businesses through advertising to help fund our efforts.

Regrettably, this aspect of the project hasn’t been as successful as we had hoped, and we are now facing financial losses that make it impossible to keep the newsletter running.

We want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for being such dedicated readers. Your support, feedback, and engagement have meant the world to us, and it’s with a heavy heart that we say goodbye.

We are truly saddened to bring this journey to an end, but we hope that the connections and information shared through the Moortown Local Scoop have brought some value to your lives and helped strengthen the community we all care so deeply about.

Although this chapter is closing, we encourage you to continue supporting local events, businesses, and initiatives in Moortown.

Our community is vibrant and full of potential, and though the Moortown Local Scoop may no longer be here to share these stories, they will continue to unfold all around us.
